Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns for most items in our inventory. We have unwavering confidence in the quality and artistry of our offerings, striving to ensure your complete satisfaction with each purchase.

Exceptional Customer Support:

• All jackets are handcrafted and made-to-order by skilled artisans.
• Returns are generally not accepted due to the custom-made nature of products.
• Return window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Refunds/exchanges processed after inspection (within 72 hours of receipt).
• Exchanges: delivered within 15 business days.
• Refunds: issued within 7 business days; may take 10–45 days depending on payment provider.

Refunds & Returns Eligibility:

Customers are entitled to a refund or exchange if

• The wrong product was received.
• The product has defects or damages.
• The product was tampered with during shipping.

Cancellations

• Within 24 hours: full refund available.
• After 24 hours: 80% refund (20% retained for materials, pattern cutting, and labor).
• Wrong size selection: inform within 48 hours — order can be adjusted without cancellation.
