• Returns are generally not accepted due to the custom-made nature of products.
• Return window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Refunds/exchanges processed after inspection (within 72 hours of receipt).
• Exchanges: delivered within 15 business days.
• Refunds: issued within 7 business days; may take 10–45 days depending on payment provider.

• The wrong product was received.
• The product has defects or damages.
• The product was tampered with during shipping.
