Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns for most items in our inventory. Exceptional Customer Support:

• All jackets are handcrafted and made-to-order by skilled artisans.
• Returns are generally not accepted due to the custom-made nature of products.
• Return window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Refunds/exchanges processed after inspection (within 72 hours of receipt).
• Exchanges: delivered within 15 business days.
• Refunds: issued within 7 business days; may take 10–45 days depending on payment provider.

Refunds & Returns Eligibility:

Customers are entitled to a refund or exchange if

• The wrong product was received.
• The product has defects or damages.
• The product was tampered with during shipping.

Cancellations

• Within 24 hours: full refund available.
• After 24 hours: 80% refund (20% retained for materials, pattern cutting, and labor).
• Wrong size selection: inform within 48 hours — order can be adjusted without cancellation.
