Shipping and Delivery

Free Shipping:

Street Outerwears is committed to providing free shipping on all orders within the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia, without any minimum order requirements or exceptions. We understand the importance of swift delivery and endeavor to process your orders promptly.

Delivery Timelines:

Our regular size orders are custom-made and typically shipped within 10 business days, although occasionally, it may take up to 20 business days for dispatch.

We aim to expedite the fulfillment process for custom orders as well. Upon finalizing details such as measurements, made-to-measure orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 weeks, while bespoke orders are shipped within 12-15 weeks.

Once dispatched, our shipping partners usually deliver within 3-5 business days.

Worldwide Delivery:

We gladly accept and ship orders to all countries worldwide, with the exception of Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.

Premium Courier Service:

To ensure a premium shipping experience, we entrust Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, Skynet, etc., for all our shipments. We reserve the right to select the most efficient courier service for timely delivery.

APO/PO Box Addresses:

For security reasons, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.

Duty Charges:

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, with any associated charges being the buyer's responsibility. We advise customers to check with their country's customs office for any additional costs prior to purchasing.

Additional Policies:

Upon receipt of payment, customers will receive an email confirming their order.

Once an order is shipped with a tracking number provided, it becomes the customer's responsibility to liaise with the courier company. If any issues arise, such as the courier company holding the order or delivery attempts made when the customer is unavailable, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve these matters directly with the courier. We recommend proactive tracking of shipments once provided with a tracking number. In the event of multiple delivery failures or non-collection, the courier company may dispose of the parcel, for which Street Outerwears cannot be held responsible.

In cases where multiple orders are shipping to the same address, we may, at our discretion, consolidate them into a single shipment to optimize efficiency.

Once dispatched, we are unable to reschedule deliveries to alternative addresses. Customers should liaise directly with the respective courier company for any required actions or resolutions.
