Payment Options with Street Outerwears:
You can conveniently pay for your jackets through Visa cards, Mastercards, American Express, as well as Paypal and Square.
Money-Back Guarantee:
Street Outerwears offers a complete money-back guarantee in the event of an incorrect package delivery or non-receipt of your order. This guarantee is valid for 15 days.
Order Changes:
Changes to your order can be made within 12 hours of placement. Our website is designed to immediately forward orders to the relevant department for processing upon receipt. Consequently, changes cannot be accommodated once the order is confirmed and on its way to you. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Worldwide Shipping:
All of our jackets are shipped worldwide, with the exception of a few countries. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically shipped within 8 to 10 business days, excluding holidays. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not included in the delivery timeline.
Lost Shipments:
In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will ship another item to you free of charge if you have already paid for the previous one. However, this is contingent upon the courier tracking record indicating that the item is lost. Street Outerwears will not be held responsible if the tracking shows that the package was delivered to your provided address and is subsequently stolen.
Size Selection:
To order the costume according to your size, simply select your desired attire and proceed to checkout where you'll find a size chart. Choose the size that corresponds to your measurements. If you're unsure about your size or how to take measurements, email us at info@streetouterwears.com, and we'll provide guidance accordingly.
Inner Lining Fabric:
We manufacture our coats and jackets using the finest fabric inside out. The inner linings we use are typically of three types: Viscose, Polyester, and Shearling.
Payment Rejection:
Most payments are unlikely to be rejected by our system unless:
- You've reached your credit card limit
- Your account has insufficient funds for a debit card payment
- Incorrect card information has been provided
Minimum and Maximum Order Policy:
We do not have a minimum or maximum order policy. You are free to order as much as you desire.
Order Accuracy:
At Street Outerwears, we uphold honesty and trust. Our commitment is to deliver the best quality products as depicted in the images and described.
Incorrect Shipping Address:If you've mistakenly provided the wrong shipping address, simply email us at info@streetouterwears.com to update your shipping details. We cannot help you out, if the order has already been dispatched to the wrong address.
